Every year, we put lights in the tree in our front yard.
In the previous years, we used a broom to hang the lights, but we could not hang them very high.
This year (2023), we used our manual pole saw. But, the string of lights kept slipping from the saw and falling.
That same day, me and my dad built this thing. It is a hook with which we will hang the lights higher.
To attach the hook to the pole so that it does not spin, we made a metal hook and used a tie wrap to hold it in place :
